Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Kalibroom, Inc. (“Kalibroom,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated in the State of Maryland, USA, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with your use of Cabin Ludo and any related websites, mobile applications, software, and services (collectively, the “Service”).
1. Introduction
Your privacy is important to us. We have designed the Service to protect information about you from unauthorized disclosure. By downloading, installing, accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post a notice on our website or within the Service and update the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
2. Types of Information We Collect
We collect several categories of information:
A. Personal Information
“Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or could reasonably be linked to a particular consumer or household. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Name (first and last)
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Date of birth and age
- Gender
- Physical address (street address, city, state, ZIP code)
- Account username and password
- Profile photo or avatar
- Any other contact or identifying information you voluntarily provide
B. Sensitive Personal Information
Under applicable state privacy laws, certain Personal Information is classified as “Sensitive Personal Information,” including:
- Account login credentials (username and password)
- Precise geolocation data
- Information revealing racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or health conditions (if voluntarily provided)
We limit the collection of Sensitive Personal Information to what is necessary for the specific purpose disclosed.
C. Business Information
If you interact with us in a business capacity, we may collect:
- Business name and address
- Employer Identification Number (EIN) or Tax ID
- Business contact information
- Names and contact details of business representatives
D. Non-Personal Information
Information that does not directly identify you, including:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Device type and model
- Mobile carrier
- Language preference
- Referring/exit pages and URLs
- Domain names and landing pages
E. Usage Information and Activity Information
Automatically collected data regarding your interaction with the Service, including:
- Pages viewed and the order of those pages
- Time spent on particular pages
- Features used and game actions taken
- In-app purchase history
- Clickstream data
- Session duration and frequency
- Crash logs and diagnostic data
- Cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and similar technologies
- Aggregated statistical and demographic data
“Information” refers collectively to Personal Information, Sensitive Personal Information, Business Information, Non-Personal Information, and Usage Information.
3. Information We Collect and How We Collect It
A. Information You Provide Directly
- Account Registration: When you create a Cabin Ludo account, we collect your username, email address, password, and optional profile information (name, age, gender, photo).
- Social Network Login: If you log in via Facebook, Google, Apple, or other social networks (“Social Login”), we receive information from that platform in accordance with their terms and your privacy settings. This may include your profile name, email, profile picture, friend lists, and other data you authorize.
- In-Game Content: Any content you create, post, or share within the Service (chat messages, game actions, custom avatars) may be collected. Any interaction with other players is considered public and is shared at your discretion.
- Communications: When you contact customer support, report a bug, or participate in surveys, we collect the content of those communications.
- Address Book/Contacts: With your explicit permission, we may access your device’s contacts to facilitate inviting friends to play.
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Device and Connection Information: We collect data about your device, carrier, operating system, IP address, and mobile identifiers (IDFA, AAID).
- Geolocation: With your permission, we may collect precise or approximate geolocation data from your device.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, local storage, and similar technologies to understand site usage, personalize your experience, save preferences, and deliver targeted advertising. Third-party advertisers and analytics providers may also place cookies.
- Analytics: We use third-party analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, Unity Analytics) to collect Usage Information and improve the Service.
C. Information from Other Sources
We may supplement your profile with information from:
- Publicly available sources (social media, blogs, forums)
- Other users who provide your contact information to invite you
- Our advertising and analytics partners
- Other Kalibroom games or services you use
D. Third-Party Links and Content
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, advertisements, or content hosted by other providers. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.
4. Children’s Privacy
A. Children Under 13 (COPPA Compliance)
Cabin Ludo is rated Age 4+ and may be accessed by children under the age of 13. Kalibroom does not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain Personal Information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
If we learn that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a child under 13 without appropriate parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
Parents and Guardians: If you believe we might have collected information from your child under 13, or if you wish to review, modify, or delete your child’s information, please contact us immediately at privacy@kalibroom.com. You may also request that we cease further collection or use of your child’s information.
B. Teens Ages 13–17
We recommend that minors ages 13–17 obtain parental permission before sending any Personal Information over the Internet or using the Service. Parents and guardians may contact us to review, modify, or delete their child’s information.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration. This is a firm commitment. We may share information only as described in Section 6.
6. How We Share Your Information
A. Service Providers and Partners
We share information with third-party vendors, service providers, and partners who perform services on our behalf, such as:
- Cloud hosting and data storage
- Analytics and advertising
- Customer support
- Email and SMS delivery
- Fraud prevention and security
These parties are contractually obligated to use your information only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them and to maintain appropriate security measures.
B. Advertising and Analytics Partners
We partner with third-party advertising companies to serve ads within the Service and on third-party platforms. These partners may use:
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
- Device identifiers (IDFA, AAID)
- IP addresses and location data
- Usage and activity data
This enables interest-based advertising (also called “online behavioral advertising” or “targeted advertising”) and retargeting. These partners operate under their own privacy policies.
Note: While we do not provide raw Personally Identifiable Information to advertising companies, if you respond to an ad targeted at a specific demographic (e.g., women ages 18–24), the advertiser may infer that you belong to that audience segment.
C. Social Features and Public Content
- Any content you post publicly within the Service (leaderboards, chat, game actions) is visible to other users.
- If you connect your account to social networks, your activity may be shared with those platforms according to their policies.
D. Legal Compliance and Protection
We may access, preserve, and disclose your information if required to do so by law or in good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- Comply with legal process (subpoena, court order, search warrant, statute)
- Protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public
- Detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues
- Enforce our Terms of Service
Kalibroom is not required to question or contest the validity of any legal request.
E. Business Transfers
If Kalibroom is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or prominent notice within the Service of any change in ownership or use of your Personal Information.
7. In-App Purchases
Cabin Ludo offers optional in-app purchases for virtual goods, premium features, or other content. All payment processing for in-app purchases is handled exclusively by third-party app store platforms, specifically the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
When you make an in-app purchase:
- Your payment information (credit card number, billing address, etc.) is collected and processed directly by Apple or Google, not by Kalibroom.
- We receive only transaction confirmation details (purchase receipt, item purchased, date/time) from the app store to fulfill your purchase and maintain your account records.
- Apple’s and Google’s privacy policies and terms of service govern their collection and use of your payment information.
For questions about payment processing, refunds, or billing disputes, please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support directly, as appropriate.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixel tags (clear gifs/beacons), local storage, and similar technologies to:
- Remember your preferences and login status
- Understand how you interact with the Service
- Personalize content and recommendations
- Deliver and measure advertising effectiveness
Types of Cookies:
- Session Cookies: Deleted when you close your browser.
- Persistent Cookies: Remain on your device until they expire or you delete them.
- Third-Party Cookies: Placed by advertisers and analytics providers; we do not control these.
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit certain features of the Service and require you to re-enter your password more frequently.
9. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the following rights:
A. Access and Portability
You have the right to request access to the Personal Information we hold about you and, in some cases, receive a copy in a portable format.
B. Correction and Rectification
You may review, update, or correct your Personal Information at any time by accessing your account settings within the Service or by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
C. Deletion
You may request deletion of your Personal Information. We will comply unless retention is necessary for:
- Completing a transaction
- Detecting security incidents or fraud
- Complying with legal obligations
- Internal uses reasonably aligned with your expectations
To delete your account: You may delete your account through the Service settings or by contacting us at privacy@kalibroom.com. Deleting your account will remove your profile from public view; however, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
D. Opt-Out of Marketing Communications
You may opt out of promotional emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email. You may opt out of SMS/text messages by replying “STOP.” You may manage push notifications through your device settings or the Service settings.
E. Opt-Out of Interest-Based Advertising
- iOS: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and disable “Allow Apps to Request to Track” or enable “Limit Ad Tracking.”
- Android: Go to Settings > Privacy > Ads and select “Opt out of Ads Personalization” or “Delete advertising ID.”
F. Do Not Track
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. We do not currently respond to these signals, but you may use the opt-out mechanisms described above.
G. State-Specific Rights
Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights. Please contact us for state-specific disclosures.
H. Withdrawing Consent
Where we rely on your consent to process Personal Information, you may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent may limit your ability to use certain features of the Service.
10. Information About Others
You may provide us with another person’s contact information (e.g., email address) to invite them to join Cabin Ludo or to facilitate communication through the Service. We will use this information solely to send the invitation and, if necessary, a reminder. All invitees are provided with an option to opt out of further invitations.
By providing another person’s information, you represent that you have their permission to do so.
11. Data Security
We implement industry-standard, commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS)
- Firewalls and access controls
- Secure data storage practices
- Regular security assessments
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You transmit information to us at your own risk.

12. Data Retention
We retain your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Non-Personal Information and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytical and business purposes.
13. International Data Transfers
Kalibroom is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. We comply with applicable legal frameworks for international data transfers.
